The Power of Friendship

Today, I have truly noticed how much honestly plays a role in my life. After having several experiences with un-honest people I find myself very irritated with this topic. Am i saying I have never lied before? NO! That is not where this is going at all. But what I do feel is important to share is that in order to be someone's best friend One must ALWAYS tell the truth. Each and every one of my friends means the world to me. I love them all so much and I seriously don't know what I would do without them. I think the thing that hurts me the most is to see them go in the wrong direction in their life. Some people have to go that route in order to make it back to where they know they should be. It's a little thing we like to call "Learning the hard Way." Trust me, I have had many encounters with this route in my life, but that is why I am so grateful for a loving family and heavenly father that I can always turn to for help. If there is just one small message I want you to get from this it is..Don't change for anyone. Don't let the people you think you love most, and the "boys" or "girls" that influence your life change who you are. If they don't like you for who you are...chances are you will never actually Fall in Love. Respect yourself and wait patiently for friends and influences that will bring you the most happiness.

As I have been thinking, it has been a long time since I have really expressed my feelings in words. This might be a stupid to some of you, but what I have learned in my life is that I learn better from other people and their experiences. I hope anyone reading this will find use of my words for strength and uplift in their own lives.
